Your Mission
- You will conduct orthopedic examinations and provide consultations during office hours regarding orthopedic treatments.
- As an experienced surgeon (with a focus on orthopedics), you will professionally, conscientiously, and reliably complement the team in the treatment of referred patients.
- You continuously sharpen and improve your knowledge and skills through additional training both domestically and internationally.
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in Veterinary Medicine
- You consistently demonstrate professionalism and openness in communication with the team and clients, and handle emotionally challenging situations with empathy
- You enjoy contributing to the team, sharing your ideas and suggestions for improvement so that we can all benefit and continuously improve
- You possess fundamental skills in electronic management and documentation of patient records
- You have competencies in guiding and supporting less experienced team members
- You have a German B2 level Certificate or are close to reaching it (https://www.alte.org/Our-Full-Members)

In the beautiful city of Aachen, located in the tri-border region, you will find our technologically well-equipped surgical referral practice, led by Priv. Doz. Dr. Sylvia Kinzel, a specialist in small animal surgery with the authority to provide further training.
Our range of services includes the full spectrum of surgery – from soft tissue surgery and neurosurgery to complex orthopedic procedures. Our practice is technologically highly specialized.
The surgical skills of our veterinarians and veterinary nurses are complemented by digital X-rays, CT (16-slice), fluoroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house laboratory, and much more. The specializations and extensive experience of our veterinarians ensure the best possible and individualized care for our patients, who usually come to us through referrals from long-standing collaborating colleagues.
